Qualifications

• Recent experience in acute care, home health, or provider office (required).
• Experience working in Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Outpatient Center (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of health insurance and patient billing.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for clinical coverage and treatments.
• Verify insurance and benefits prior to appointments.
• Update electronic medical records and patient information.
• Assist with communication to patients regarding billing and eligibility.
