Qualifications

• Two years health care/clinical, customer service and/or secretarial experience required.
• Strong computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors.
• Answer and route telephone calls courteously and accurately.
• Coordinate scheduling of patients and manage appointments across clinic locations.
• Process data entry, mailings, and prepare information packets.
• Navigate the electronic medical record system and locate documentation as needed.
• Support the Scheduling Coordinators and Billing staff with routine questions and tasks.
• Maintain professional image and collaborate with healthcare team members.
