Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 1+ years customer service experience required.
• Healthcare customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with EPIC or health records systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out for visits.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Assist patients with MyChart enrollment and usage.
• Enter and verify patient demographics, insurance and payment data.
• Communicate with care teams about patient information.
• Coordinate with insurers for coverage and preauthorizations.
• Collect copays and other visit-related payments.
• Process patient forms and paperwork accurately.
• Navigate EPIC queues, worklists, and inbasket messages.
• Schedule referrals and follow-ups.
• Scan documents into EPIC accurately.
