Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out for visits.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Assist with enrolling and using MyChart.
• Enter/validate patient demographic, insurance, and financial info.
• Communicate with care team about patient details.
• Contact insurance for coverage or preapprovals as needed.
• Process patient payments (copays, coinsurance, balances).
• Schedule referrals and follow-up visits.
• Scan documents into EPIC accurately.
• Work as part of a team to improve patient experience and efficiency.
• Cross-train for other duties and support off-site locations.
