Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year Revenue Cycle experience in a hospital medical office or equivalent.
• One year clerical, customer service, or administrative support experience.
• Epic or equivalent EMR experience.
• Ability to perform registration and financial clearance with patient accounts.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for walk-in, check-in, or scheduled visits.
• Perform patient registration and coordinate screening and tests.
• Support inbound/outbound calls and patient communications.
• Handle insurance verification and billing collections.
• Maintain records in the EHR and ensure compliance.
