Job summary

AdventHealth in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a motivated front-desk associate to manage patient registration and scheduling for outpatient services. You will coordinate with registration and clinic staff to ensure accurate data capture and smooth throughput of visits.

The role requires a High School Grad or equivalent, solid clerical skills, and proficiency with standard office equipment. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Palm Coast facility.

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency required.
• Familiarity with copiers, fax machines, calculators.
• Experience with medical scheduling or front-desk tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the patient registration and scheduling process for outpatient services.
• Communicates with registration and ancillary departments to ensure accurate capture and throughput of appointments.
• Schedules patient appointments for ancillary departments and ensures all necessary information is recorded.
