Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient appointments according to practice protocols and patient preferences.
• Obtains accurate and complete patient demographic and insurance information.
• Processes requests for medical records per policy and procedures.
• Maintains compliance with Orlando Health policies and procedures.
• Assists with patient registration and telephone coverage as needed.
