Qualifications

• 1 year physician practice experience. Training on-site provided.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients in person and by phone and updates insurance/demographic information in the practice management system.
• Gathers registration and financial information for pre-registration and enters it into the system.
• Answers phones for the practice; schedules, reschedules and cancels appointments.
• Contacts patients at home to confirm scheduled and canceled appointments.
• Performs full registration including demographics, financial screening, and insurance verification with third parties.
