Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in person and by phone and update insurance/demographic data.
• Collect and verify registration and financial information for pre-registration.
• Answer phones, schedule, re-schedule, and cancel appointments per protocols.
• Contact patients to confirm appointments and check them in at arrival.
• Ensure accurate demographic, financial screening, and insurance verification.
