You will triage inquiries, verify insurance benefits and provide estimated out-of-pocket costs while guiding patients through the scheduling process.

The role requires strong communication, accuracy in data entry, and familiarity withEpic Decision Tree workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Proficient in gathering demographics, guarantor and insurance information.
• Knowledge of Epic and healthcare policies is a plus.
