Responsibilities

• Schedule services for departments within the sphere of responsibility.
• Register patients by collecting demographics, guarantor and insurance information.
• Enter patient information into the registration system and obtain signatures.
• Respond to appointment rescheduling or cancellations.
• Provide price estimates for out‑of‑pocket expenses and triage financial questions.
