Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in healthcare settings or call centers.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing.
• Experience using scheduling/registration systems is a plus.
• Ability to work under HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to manage scheduling, registration, and eligibility verification.
• Triages calls and assists patients with appointments and financial clearance.
• Communicates effectively with patients, physicians, and staff.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to department scripts and protocols.
• Audits and supports process improvements as directed.
