Responsibilities

• Register patients into the clinic and schedule appointments.
• Collect and process co-pays and past due balances.
• Greet patients and assist with insurance and billing functions.
• Handle telephone calls and routine administrative tasks under supervision of the Director.
• Educate staff and physicians on scheduling processes and computer systems.
