• Verify insurance and benefits; validate patient identity and coverage.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and smooth patient flow through the care process.
• Provide information on appointments, parking, and payment policies.
• Offer upfront financial counseling and discuss payment plans.
• Collect payments according to guidelines and act as patient advocate.
• Notify relevant parties about appointments, referrals, and requirements.
• Train other patient services representatives and maintain compliance.
