Job summary

PRISM Vision Group's Delaware Valley Retina Associates in Langhorne, PA is seeking a Patient Service Representative to manage inbound/outbound patient interactions, scheduling, and daily workflows in an onsite setting. The PSR will assist with registration, insurance verification, and financial counseling while ensuring HIPAA compliance and excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience in a patient-facing healthcare or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patients for appointments with accuracy and attention to policies.
• Verify demographics, insurance information and coverage prior to services.
• Explain payment policies, parking, and anticipated charges.
• Provide upfront financial counseling and establish payment plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
