Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle payments and explain financial responsibilities.
• Support clinic operations with phones, schedules, referrals, and EMR documentation.
• Deliver a positive patient experience and address questions professionally.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation standards.
• Collaborate with therapists and internal teams to coordinate care.
• Provide coverage support and participate in special projects as needed.
