Qualifications

Healthcare setting knowledge and medical terminology preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to use multiple software applications to schedule appointments

Responsibilities

Schedules appointments and registers patients for services.
Verifies patient eligibility and benefits.
Audits/quality review to ensure accurate scheduling/registration.
Maintains courteous, professional communication with patients, physicians, staff and management.
Alerts management to potential delays or reimbursement issues.
