Qualifications

• One year of healthcare or related experience.

• Ability to analyze and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient check in/check out functions and inputs accurate scheduling and registration data.
• Coordinates patient flow with timeliness and priority, notifying of delays or denials as needed.
• Supports front-end revenue cycle duties and educating patients on billing processes.
• Contributes to a positive, team-based work environment and collaborates with interprofessional team.
• Ensures accurate data entry into EMR and other database systems.
