Qualifications

• 3 years of healthcare/call center experience or completion of Houston Methodist Call Center Apprenticeship.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patient appointments across locations.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to visits.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to resolve scheduling issues.
