Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of healthcare experience or completion of Call Center Apprenticeship.
• Healthcare knowledge and medical terminology preferred.
• Excellent English communication, reading, and writing.
• Proficiency in medical terminology including diagnoses and CPT codes.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients to schedule and register multiple services.
• Utilize scheduling/registration systems and verify patient data.
• Triages calls and provides appointment preparation information.
• Encourage Patient Portal enrollment and provide PINs while HIPAA compliant.
• Coordinate with physicians and departments to ensure appropriate scheduling.
• Maintain professional customer service and communication with care teams.
