Qualifications

• Familiarity with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Register patients with accurate demographic, insurance, and scheduling data.
• Greet patients and visitors promptly and courteously at check-in.
• Schedule appointments by phone, in person, or electronically.
• Manage multiple tasks including inquiries, data entry, medical record compliance, and office support.
• Confirm insurance eligibility via websites.
• Demonstrate proficiency with computer software, telephone system and office equipment.
• Support regulatory mandates and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
