Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years healthcare administrative experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic math and payments processing.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in/out for appointments.
• Verify and update insurance information.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and answer calls.
• Coordinate with providers on prescriptions and refills.
• Register new patients per policies and perform eligibility checks.
• Follow up on voicemails and reminders.
• Maintain knowledge of patient resources and PCMH alignment.
