Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: 1 year in hospital or financial setting OR 3 years of total customer-facing/customer service experience.
• Licensure: None.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate centralized scheduling of outpatient procedures.
• Verify benefits and obtain pre-certification for patients.
• Collect co-payments and deposits; post to patient accounts and maintain receipts.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Assist with registration, data entry, and pre-certification processes across scheduling systems.
