Responsibilities

• Pre-register and register patients, verify insurance, and collect co-pays.
• Schedule initial evaluations and follow-up appointments across departments.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person; provide information and referrals.
• Support Scheduling and Patient Financial Services and assist with clerical tasks.
