Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Central Scheduler to handle scheduling requests for patients and families using an automated call distribution system. You will triage inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct callers to appropriate care, supporting first call resolution and accurate registration.

You will use EMR and scheduling tools, maintain data accuracy, and collaborate with care teams to ensure access and coordinated care for a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• One year of related scheduling experience required.
