• Updates patient data and manages MyChart status (activation and confirmation).
• Collects time-of-service payments and performs daily cash reconciliation.
• Handles patient copays and informs patients of visit delays.
• Manages patient appointments and schedules follow-up visits and referrals.
• Acts as liaison between patients, physicians and billing.
• Answers calls and supports front desk operations.
