Job summary

Strong communication and computer skills are required to input data accurately and support the EMR system. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and one year of healthcare or related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of healthcare or related experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking) to perform essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient check-in/check-out functions and schedules appointments.
• Inputs accurate scheduling and registration data to initiate financial clearance as needed.
• Coordinates patient flow and notifies of issues that may cause delays or denials.
• Provides administrative support and contributes to revenue cycle activities as directed.
