Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patients; handle check-in and check-out processes.
• Obtain and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Obtain and post co-pays, deductibles and past due balances at the point of service.
• Manage telephone lines and messages to ensure timely responses.
• Support pre-admission and admission processes at physician practices.
