Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in a patient-facing healthcare or customer service role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and complete patient registrations and appointments accurately.
• Verify demographics, insurance, and benefits; collect required information.
• Provide financial counseling and explain payment policies at check-in.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy.
• Assist in coordinating care and serve as liaison between patients and staff.
