Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications in English.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
• 2+ years in patient-facing healthcare or customer service.
• Strong problem solving and financial counseling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and complete registration accurately per policy.
• Pre-register and verify demographics and insurance information.
• Verify benefits, insurance referrals, and document accurate data.
• Identify and resolve patient flow issues and communicate policy details.
