Qualifications

• If applicable, minimum 2 years experience in call center environment, preferred

Responsibilities

• Enter accurate patient information into the electronic health record.
• Transcribe and validate patient orders.
• Schedule, re-schedule, and cancel appointments in the EHR.
• Verify and assign insurance coverages based on eligibility responses.
• Generate patient financial estimates, explain liability, and collect balances.
• Monitor and resolve errors in workqueues.
• Support patient engagement including activation of MyChart.
• Assist with wayfinding and connecting patients to care.
• Support the Patient Access Supervisor with special projects.
