Job summary

NorthBay Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative II to perform front office duties such as reception, scheduling, and registration within Ambulatory Division medical practices.

Qualifications

• Some college coursework in business or medical terminology is preferred.
• Two years of customer engagement experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of registration, insurance verification and medical records processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle front office duties including reception, scheduling, and registration.
• Verify eligibility and benefits, collect co-pays and payments.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and PHI in compliance with HIPAA.
