Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and calls.
• Greets and assists patients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Schedules, reschedules, and confirms appointments in the electronic scheduling system.
• Verifies patient demographics and insurance information; prepares registration data.
• Maintains accurate scheduling workflows and updates systems accordingly.
