Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming calls and route to appropriate clinic contact.
• Assist patients with scheduling and re-scheduling healthcare appointments.
• Make appointment reminder calls and verify required documents.
• Support patient experience with courteous and accurate service.
• Generate daily appointment lists and coordinate with care teams.
• Enter data into electronic scheduler and verify patient records and payments.
