Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare seeks a Patient Services Representative to provide front office support, ensuring smooth patient access and excellent service. You will manage calls, appointments, registrations, and scheduling workflows in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Prior experience with EMR and multi-line phones is preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus across sites. Competitive benefits and a patient-centered team await.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year customer service experience required; healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience working with electronic medical records and multi-line phone systems preferred.
• Bilingual preferred depending on site needs.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for patients and visitors; provides courteous, professional service.
• Coordinates scheduling workflows and communicates with providers and staff to ensure clinic flow.
• Verifies demographics, insurance, and registration data; prepares patient records before appointments.
• Receives and records patient payments and updates electronic health records as needed.
