Job summary

• Experience with electronic medical records and multi-line phone systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and calls.
• Schedules, reschedules, and confirms patient appointments in the scheduling system.
• Verifies patient demographics, insurance information, and registration data.
• Receives and records patient payments when applicable.
• Ensures accurate patient information in the electronic health record.
