Job summary

Responsibilities

• Verify ADT data (insurance, demographics) for accuracy to support patient safety, billing, and processing.
• Schedule new and follow-up appointments; reschedule cancellations when possible; inform providers.
• Complete and file governmental/regulatory/financial forms per procedures.
• Use price estimation tool to provide accurate patient price estimates.
• Meet upfront collection targets (deposits, copays, balances).
• Participate in QA and reduce errors via system queues.
