You will verify insurance, secure authorizations, schedule patients, and support billing with accuracy, all while upholding HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required; diploma submission may be requested.
• 1–2 years of customer service or healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.
• Must meet all compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out; verify information and schedule follow-ups.
• Handle payments; explain financial responsibilities and maintain daily records.
• Support clinic operations by managing phones, schedules, referrals, and EMR documentation.
• Deliver a positive patient experience; address questions and concerns professionally.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation; coordinate with therapists.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve access or scheduling issues.
