Job summary

Enloe Health in Northern California is seeking a Clinic Patient Coordinator to act as the initial contact for patients, collect and verify demographic, insurance and scheduling data, and book appointments under supervision. You will support registration and help ensure accurate information flows through the clinic.

The role emphasizes efficient operations, timely reimbursement, strong customer service and collaboration with the care team. Familiarity with Word, Excel and Outlook is helpful.

Qualifications

• One year experience working in a medical office or clinic setting performing general clerical duties to include data entry, typing, customer relations, filing, and appointment scheduling OR six months experience as an Enloe Clinic Registration Rep II or III in the department in which you are applying.
• Must be able to follow instructions and learn the patient access workflow; work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Register and book patient appointments under close supervision.
• Support coordination of scheduling procedures and maintain clinic schedules to maximize block utilization.
• Provide routine patient access activities to facilitate efficient operations and expeditious reimbursement.
• Promote teamwork and align with Enloe Medical Center's mission and code of conduct.
