Job summary

Enloe Health seeks a Clinic Registration Rep II to serve as the front-line contact for patients in the clinic setting. You will accurately collect demographic, insurance, financial, and clinical data to register and book appointments under close supervision.

This role supports referrals and authorizations and aims to ensure smooth operations and optimal patient satisfaction. The incumbent will perform routine patient access activities, assist with referrals/authorizations, and uphold Enloe

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 months medical office experience.
• Experience with data collection, data entry, and patient scheduling.
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD coding preferred.
• Insurance verification and authorizations knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer service and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographic, insurance, financial, and clinical data.
• Book patient appointments under supervision.
• Support referrals and/or authorizations as needed.
• Promote teamwork and ensure accurate data entry for reimbursement.
