Enloe Health is seeking a Clinic Registration Rep III to be a point of contact for patients inside and outside the clinic, accurately collecting and analyzing demographic, insurance, and clinical data to register and book appointments under supervision.

The role emphasizes timely patient access, expeditious reimbursement, and strong teamwork, with work supporting referrals and authorizations and adherence to regulatory requirements and Enloe Health codes of conduct.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience as an Enloe Clinic Registration Rep II in the department you are applying OR three years' experience in a medical office environment with referrals and authorizations.
• Knowledge of current CPT procedure codes and ICD diagnosis coding is desirable.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Register patients and book appointments, ensuring accuracy of demographics, insurance, and clinical data.
• Support referrals and/or authorizations as needed to facilitate expeditious reimbursement.
• Promote efficient patient access operations and collaborate with teams to deliver quality care.
