Responsibilities

• Register patients and enter demographics and insurance information in the practice management system.
• Verify insurance eligibility, co-pays, and financial responsibilities for services rendered.
• Schedule appointments by phone according to provider policies and guidelines.
• Answer inquiries about claims, eligibility and referrals; assist with provider access audits.
