Enloe Health is seeking a Clinic Registration Rep II in Northern California. You will accurately collect demographic, insurance and clinical data to register patients and book appointments, ensuring efficient operations and expeditious reimbursement.

The role requires data collection skills, customer service and familiarity with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook; shift is days, 8 hours, with fixed weekends off. Training provided. Enloe values compassionate, patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 months experience in a medical office environment performing general clerical duties.
• Surgical office experience, Insurance verification, Insurance authorizations knowledge.
• Knowledge of current CPT codes and ICD diagnosis coding.

Responsabilités

• Register and book patient appointments under close supervision.
• Collect and analyze demographic, insurance, financial and clinical data elements for patient access.
• Support referrals and/or authorizations as needed.
