Responsibilities

• Link patient experience between PACT and the practice site.
• Assist inbound callers and make outbound calls when required.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate cancellations, reschedules, and additions.
• Verify insurance information and ensure accuracy.
• Update medical records with patient information.
• Escalate complex issues for resolution.
• Route patients for triage, scheduling, and medication refills.
• Provide customer service per standards and solicit follow-ups.
• Maintain records for documentation and assist marketing databases.
• Maintain knowledge of information systems used by the department.
