Responsibilities

• Uses facility/provider information to link patient experience at multiple sites.
• Schedules patient appointments and coordinates cancellations/reschedules.
• Verifies demographics and insurance information, updating records as needed.
• Escalates emergent calls to RN for triage according to guidelines.
• Handles inbound/outbound calls and provides customer service per standards.
• Maintains information across provider/marketing databases and reports.
• Performs additional duties as needed and stays current with systems.
