Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a clinical office setting and medical terminology preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, computer skills, ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, telephone etiquette, and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Greeting patients and obtaining required information including insurance and identification.
• Answering phones and transferring calls appropriately.
• Registering and scheduling patients in the EHR.
