You will register and schedule, enter data into the electronic health record, coordinate ancillary and lab services, and work with a care team to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service.

Formación

• Experience in patient access or scheduling preferred.
• Proficient data entry into EHR with attention to accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, register, and schedule patients, and provide pre-visit estimates.
• Enter data into the electronic health record while communicating with patients.
• Coordinate ancillary and procedure scheduling and collect required signatures.
• Handle calls and referrals; manage pre-registration and insurance verification.
• Work as part of a care team to deliver excellent patient service.
