• Review insurance benefits, costs, and payment options with patients.
• Gather and verify demographic, clinical, procedural, and prep information.
• Input patient information into databases for billing and reporting.
• Coordinate appointments between multiple locations within the system.
• Provide pre-exam instructions and scheduling guidance.
• Greet patients and maintain compassionate service mentality.
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation for follow-up.
