Job summary

HonorHealth seeks an experiencedPatient Services team member for the Wound Clinic OP in Scottsdale. This role greets patients, handles scheduling, registration, data entry, and related clerical duties.

You will coordinate with physicians and billing, support imaging workflow, and ensure accurate chart maintenance. Ideal candidates have high school education, healthcare scheduling/registration experience, and familiarity with medical terminology.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare front desk, scheduling or patient registration preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology helpful.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and callers, directing to appropriate staff.
• Handle scheduling for procedures and appointments; track no-shows.
• Assist with registration, data entry and patient chart setup.
• Coordinate with physicians’ offices and billing as needed.
• Obtain insurance authorization and collect copays when applicable.
• Support imaging workflow and prepare patients for exams.
