  • Typing speed 25 CWPM and computer experience required; familiarity with IDX, Medical Terminology, and insurance knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication, professional demeanor, and guest relation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises daily registration and scheduling operations and staff.
  • Coordinates float pool and leave requests with the Office Coordinator.
  • Maintains staffing resources, builds relations with physicians and clinic staff, and ensures compliance with policies.
  • Schedules appointments and ensures accurate patient data in Epic and IDX systems.
